Neville Condor

Sure has been a bad year thus far, with three friends having passed away.

Around the same time as Paul de Sauty, we lost my long time friend Neville Condor.

While our primary similar interest was based around industrial railways, especially sugarcane, he did have an interest in railways generally and came on our rail tours to Naradhan and Lake Cargelligo.

Perhaps my most enduring memory is a week spent in Fiji together, along with David Phillips (the Colonel) and John Browning. A great time exploring a system that was all new to me.

The last time I would catch up with Nev was at a SMUT fundraiser at the Goulburn - Crookwell Heritage Museum.

He is seen below, between Alf and Vicky Atkin.
